Since our products are completely digital, we do not ship physical products, and there are no shipping charges, export tariffs, or physical delivery transit timelines involved.

1. Digital Delivery of SaaS Subscriptions
For our core software platforms—specifically Hivance (salon scheduling hub) and School ERP:
- Instant Provisioning: Access to the platforms is provisioned immediately upon successful account creation or payment processing. As soon as the transaction is confirmed by our authorized payment gateways, your account license status is updated.
- Login Credentials: Access is managed securely via Mobile OTP (One-Time Password) or Firebase Auth. You will receive an automated SMS and email verification containing login guidelines immediately after signing up.
- Dashboard Access: Users can instantly log in to their web consoles (e.g., hub.hivance.app) to begin configuring salons, rosters, or student profiles.
2. PrintInfra Desktop & Local Agent Provisioning
For PrintInfra (automated print shop OS):
- Agent Software Download: The installer package for the local PrintInfra Watcher client is made available for download directly from the authorized dashboard immediately after subscription verification.
- Access Credentials: Synchronization keys and local configuration templates are generated on your control panel immediately upon licensing.
- Remote Setup Support: For print shops requiring configuration assistance, Printinfra Labs provides remote setup support via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or equivalent desktop sharing tools within 24 hours of request.
3. WhatsApp Business API (WABA) Activation
Many of our products integrate directly with Meta's WhatsApp Business API framework. WABA activation is subject to Meta's compliance check timelines:
- Onboarding Coordination: Our team coordinates the embedded sign-up process with you to link your Meta Business Manager account.
- Meta Approval Timeline: Meta typically approves phone numbers and display names within 2 to 24 hours, though verification of legal business documents can take up to 72 hours.
- Service Commencement: Once Meta approves the WABA number, messaging services and template triggers will become fully operational in your Hivance, PrintInfra, or School ERP dashboard within 1 hour.
4. Custom Software Development and Integrations
For custom digital integrations or custom development work under agreed NIC codes:
- Milestone Deliveries: Delivery timelines are outlined in the customized Statement of Work (SOW) or service contract agreed upon by both parties before payment.
- Delivery Method: Finished code, scripts, database integrations, or cloud configurations will be delivered digitally via secure git repositories, remote server deployments, or digital file sharing.
- Verification & Sign-off: Clients are provided a staging environment to verify features before deployment to production, as defined in project contracts.
5. Service Commencement and Activation Issues
If you experience any delays or issues receiving digital access after processing a payment, please contact us immediately:
